1. Alcohol & wine


Many people often have headaches after drinking alcohol. Alcohol or wine contains more elements called ethanol. After drinking alcohol, ethanol causes dehydration in your body due to which you feel headache.

2. Digestive Problem

6. Dehydration

7. Skipped meals


Our body needs energy to perform daily and energy is obtained from food, so we should eat meals everyday. If you have skipped meals or you have nothing to eat for a while. Your brain hungry signaling hormones raise your blood pressure, which can cause headaches. To avoid this cause, you should eat a balanced diet regularly.

8. Symptoms of diseases


Symptoms of disease are also called secondary headaches because you have a headache due to the symptoms of the disease.  There are several possible diseases of headache such as acute sinusitis, arterial tears, brain aneurysms, brain tumors, hypertension, stroke, toxoplasmosis, glaucoma and encephalitis.
